Extremely rare goldtone black celluloid with goldtone paint? double hoop screw back earrings. Marked "Bliss." This signature was only used by the company from 1919 to 1921. Measure: 1 1/2 inches long by 1 1/4 inches wide. Condition: Very good for their age, darkening/discoloration to screw backs. Bliss co later became Napier.
