Goldtone three cabochon faux-onyx rhinestones pendant necklace on a double link chain with fold over clasp. Marked "Napier." Center measures: 1 3/4 inches long by 1 7/16 inches wide.  Condition: Very good; minor goldtone wear. Most likely from Napier's 1988 Milano collection.
