Silvertone etched "Linden" leaves with curling stems link necklace with hook clasp. Marked "NAPIER PAT. PEND." Measures: 6 1/4 inches long by 6 inches wide. Interior circumference is about 17 1/2 inches at the largest setting. Condition: Very good; minor tarnish appropriate for its age. A necklace like this one was featured in a 1954 advertisement and is shown on pg. 267 of Melinda L. Lewis & Henry Swen's book, "The Napier Co.: Defining 20th Century American Costume Jewelry."
