1946 silvertone ribbed "burst" top with clear round rhinestones in the center and tassel drop fur clip. Marked "Kreisler USA" in script on the edge of the section that has the rhinestones. Measure: 3 inches long by 1 1/4 inches wide. Condition: Good; there is some metal wear to the top of the tassel section. A fur clip like this, except in goldtone with faux-rubies was featured in a Kreisler advertisement that ran in Vogue in 1946.
