1950s goldtone tassel with thatched design top with circles in between the thatching and and rope design at the bottom of the top section with a 5 part tassel section on the bottom which allows some movement brooch with security clasp. Marked "NAPIER" on the back. Measures: 1 3/4 inches long by 15/16 inches wide.  Condition: Very good; minor wear to back.
