Rare 1955 goldtone round domed top with hand formed wavy "ribbons" coming together to form a drop clip earrings. Marked "NAPIER" in the dip of the clip section. Measure: 2 1/4 inches long by 3/4 inches wide. Condition: Very good; light wear to ribbons. Earrings like these, except that the ribbons are textured, are shown on pg. 324 of Melinda L. Lewis & Henry Swen's book, "The Napier Co.: Defining 20th Century American Costume Jewelry."
