Circa 1965 goldtone owl with cabochon faux-tiger's eye eyes adjustable ring. Marked "Napier." Measures: 5/8 inches high, band is 1/2 inch wide. Ring is currently about 7/8 inches across, but can be adjusted. Very good; minor wear.
