1971 goldtone textured "coral branch" brooch with security clasp. Marked "©NAPIER" on the back. Measures: 1 3/4 inches by 2 5/8 inches. Condition: Very good; some tiny spots of silvering to a few high points. The brooch and necklace were featured in a 1971 advertisement. The matching necklace, earrings and bracelet are all shown on pg. 454 of Melinda L. Lewis & Henry Swen's book, "The Napier Co.: Defining 20th Century American Costume Jewelry." The pin originally retailed for $6, which would be about $50 today.
