1952 rhodium plated rectangular links with wedges on the long sides with rope pattern through the middle that is articulated necklace with a fold over clasp and extension link. Marked "MONET" on the back of the clasp and the clasp of the extension link. Measures: 6 inches long by 5 inches wide. Center measures: 3/8 inches long. The interior circumference is about 16 inches. Excellent condition. From Monet's 1952 Maharani line. The slightly larger version of the necklace retailed for $12.50, which is equivalent to about $146 today. Most likely, this would have retailed for a little less.
